The Mini SASS features a 416 stainless steel 18" barrel, 6 grooves, 1:8" RH twist, and is button rifled with a Panther Flash Hider. It includes a gas operated rotating bolt, and an 8620 steel bolt carrier. It has Magpul front and rear flip-up backup sights. The upper receiver features an A3 flattop dust cover and shell deflector. The upper and lower receiver are made of 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum. The lower receiver features an Ambi-Selector, integral trigger guard, and an aluminum magazine release button. The Mini SASS has a Magpul PRS stock and a standard length, 4-rail free float handguard tube that is vented and includes 9 wide rail covers.
